clutch
Thats what I'm saying
The fingers slightly touch the throwout bearing and when you get on it pretty hard the fingers will push back and could be hitting the bearing making it squeal?
When you put a DD in you have to grind the back of the fork down some to make room for the bearing.
Just a thought.

When you put the 13in clutch in did you put the bigger input shaft in or not I don't care what anyone says flywheels are heavy and 1.25 input shafts are not designed to run behind a 13in clutch and just cus they make the thing doesn't mean its what's always best and also if your runnin a 13 you have and I repeat have to put the hd hydraulics in if you don't you've destroyed the slave and master cylinders and maybe bent the fork wich in turn if bent the wrong way will cause the throw out bearing to squeel
the 1.25in input will handle a 13in single disk but a DD will bend or break an 1.25 shaft if the truck is worked hard. the hydraulics need to be upgraded for the DD also but the stock hydraulics will work fine with a single i have a 13in valair ceramic single 600/1100 and i love the thing works like a champ
you can use the stock hydros and stock input on the biggest single made, or they wouldnt offer it in the 1 1/4. also ive installed a southbend dual disk in my brothers 95 and he is still to this day using the stock hydros.
I got my Valair single for a lil over 500 bucks direclty form them in Mineral Wells, Tx. Their number is 1 888 682 5247 Talk to Kevin He'll give you the hook-up
