boost elbow???

Default boost elbow???

built a boost tester to find my boost leek and found a small machined hole in the boost elbow that comes with the fuel plate....even with the set screw all the way in the small hole blows out air! is there a use for this hole? is it even sposed to be there? or can i just braze it ? im only building 28 psi with the set screw in and when i cover the machined hole it builts up some. tryin to find my boost leak and cant hear anything with this stupid hole blowin all the air out

you wont hear it anyway with the diesel purring

the motor is off to test for leeks, its a cap for the intake side of the turbo that has a male air chuck and a regulater and presure gauge. you just fill the system with compressed air.

or you can just by the aftermarket 3ply ones anyway for $140
