YOU WILL PROBABLY BE FINE I HAVE BEEN PUSHING 39LBS OF BOOST ON MINE FOR A YEAR AND A HALF NOW ON A STOCK TURBO AND STOCK HEAD GASKET, YOU REALLY DON'T HAVE 2 WORRY TILL U HIT THE 50LB MARK

back her down to 35 its a wate to go over its actually less effective than it is helping. if you want more air buy a bigger turbo, or atleast upgrade your stock one dont push the little fella till it blows chunks into your intercooler and head, then you will have a bad day. belive me seen it hapen at 37psi with a stocker on a 96 ugly

hey bad *** ram, that boost controller is for a gas engine, the only diesel one is made by BD and i already turned it all the way down and am still hittin 42lbs

a boost controller is a boost controller!all it is you might as well say is a small regulator.it reduces the pressure on the line that actuates your waste gate.giving you less waste gate signal as some would say.

take your elbow out and hook it up straight to the tee or whatever ti was to start out with.see how much you get then,if you still get the same,i'd chech to see if the waste gate itself or the actuator is stuck closed.
