Yeah i would say you have a leak somewhere cause a had a hole in my turbo boot on my 97 and i could not build more than 20 psi of boost and when i was driving 75mph i had 0psi but i put a new boot on and i have 10psi of boost driving 75mph and when i mash it i have 35psi

 

i checked everything it seems to be ok when im doing 70 its around 5psi when climbing a hill its 10psi, and when i mass it it holds about 40 psi ,im happy with it

 

i'd be careful with that boost i'd stay 35 and below.

 

yea i have heard bad things happen when u got above 40 psi on a stock head gasket
