the first one I did on my truck took about 6 hours including drinking a 6 pack trying to figure it out but now I can rip it down and swap one in about 20 minutes or so if it has been apart before or 30 minutes if it hasn't and you are willing to sacrifice the rotor.

inorder to pull the axle shaft oult you have to pull the nut. you can pull the rotor off without taking the axle shaft off. inorder to do the u-joints easily with a shop predd you would wasnt to take shaft out. but it can be done without removing the hub. soak the shaft and hub in k-1 died kerosene overnight it should come off with ease

well i wasnt sure cuz i no the rotor has to go on the end of the axle so i guess ill just hammer on the 4 bolts in the back and it will eventually come off

ya it will eventually come off. when i did my rotors i said screw it and replaced my bearings while i was at it even know they were done 50k earlyer, it makes it much easer with the axle shaft off
