Does anybody know where to buy an oil dipstick for a 97 12v. The dealer wants like $70.

I would agree. Last time I was in Calgary, they had a few running the parts counter...

Ive never come across a Cummins in a junkyard - usually the parts get snapped up pretty quickly.

Really I guess it's good I live close to a pretty much DIESEL junk yard alot of heavy machinery, Tractors, Semis and Trucks etc. they have alot of gassers two. Any given day I bet they have about 5 Cummins trucks sitting up there.

Junk yard is your ceapest way.

Also another route is Jegs their Adjustable flexable Dipstick. We used one for the Drag Truck tighter spaces works real good too.
