Default 12v to 3rd gen 1500 conversion

I have been working on the conversion and has been going pretty well so far. The 1/2 ton had a v6 6 speed and is now a 12v 5 speed.

Engine setting in its place.
One of my goals was to have all the gauges working. I don't want to have a stand alone tach or oil pressure gauge.
I had a 4x4 nv4500 trans that I had to change to 2 wheel. Wasn't to hard to change plus I put an updated main shaft in it.

Yes hx35 over ht3b, what I had so figured why not.
Pictures of trans mount, I used a chevy tail housing so had to make a mount for a dodge transmount.
Reluctor ring off of v6 for crank position sensor.

Thought I would update. I have put about 4500 miles on the truck and so far everything is working good. Only issues is I need to put kits in the turbos. The Ht3b is leaking oil on the hot side, not much. The hx35 is ok but figured if I do one might as well do both. Should have done them before build. Very happy, ride is good and power is really good.

hello Torkjunky,
Im new to the site so please excuse me if miss any protocols. If you dont mind Im curious to know what did you use for engine mounts? I currently have a 2004 2500 4x4 manual transmission with a 5.7 hemi and I am interested in dropping my 12 valve engine into it ....any info or ideas would be much appreciated..
