ok guys my exhaust fell off and i got a quote on re doing it. They said 80 bux using all the same pipe just rewelding it with a exhaust hanger. It is 3 inch piping to a 90 bend in front of rear tire. He said it cost about 80 bux just for the 90 degree bend. But really i wanted to run 4inch pipe. but is 80 bux worth it.

 

You can get a full 4 in kit for about 250 that's what is do eBays the way

 

ya true i just like it in front of my wheel love it loud and my truck dont smoke much at all so no soot all over truck got it tuned good. And how much louder is my exhaust in front of my front wheel compared to full system and i think i would go 5 inch over 4 love it deep but not sure any advice guys.

 

Just get the 4" kit without muffler and it will be loud enough for ya.

 

i got the 4" mbrp on my 96 was about 250 so far its been a great exhaust.. not to loud incab either

 

i did get my pipe welded for a good price finally and it has the 3rd gen high pitch sound when the boost kicks in its crazy. But i decided the 4 inch seems loud and raspy to me are thats what i hear on youtube videos which do no justice i think. So im going to do a 5 inch straight pipe no muffler with a 6 inch tip and get it all welded together. Only question whats a good 5 inch system that fits i was thinking diamond eye are farmer boys i dont want to have to bang or bend on it to go over the axel.
