Gooseneck plate for bed rails

Gooseneck plate for bed rails
I'm looking for a gooseneck hitch that mounts into a set of standard bed rails. Needs to be centered since I have a long bed and the rails are centered right above the axle. Anybody happen to have a set of brackets for the rail mounts? Otherwise i'll be making a set, sure is a hassle not having a welder here. Thanks!
