well the heaviest I towed with my 98 was right in the 45k range, the tri axle-dually trailer was 10k and the 1150 Case dozer was right at 12 tons and my dodge with the full fuel tank on the back was 11k, needless to say there was no using overdrive

other then that I routinely cross the scales at the scrapyard in the 25-35k range(truck/trailer) with my Fuso, poor 4 cyl really has to work

I pulled a 40ft gooseneck P.J. loaded front to back bout 3 foot over the neck with barn beams. Trailer was 25,000 gross, when i pulled out on the road the trailer was pingin. We got a big bank barn on in 2 loads. Not sure the weight but boy was it heavy. Made everything else i have pulled seem tiny.

Indeed; that's what being a neighbor's all about! A lot of people don't realise it, but doing this kinda stuff is pretty much the main point of the bible.

I'm not sure what the heaviest is and I don't think I want to know. When I go through the DOT weigh stations there is only one that displays your weight (on 68 in MD) and it was 24,990lbs. I had a 1950 Mercedes 170, 1970s Porsche 911 and a Ford Explorer on my 48' countryside three car wedge. Truck and trailer weigh ~13k empty.
