Biggest load I had behind a pickup was dad's '03 Dodge, 24V, 6 spd. We had a 40' goose neck on it with my baby dozer on it's back. grossed out at 42,930. Dang Dodge pulled it down the road like a boss. Salt Lake City to Seattle, so there were lots of hills to pull.

Biggest load I hauled? 2003 KW W900L, 475 Cat, 18 spd, pulling grain trains. 112,000 every day of the week. No problems on the flat, she would grunt on the hills tho!

103k lbs combined weight between an IH 8100 30 foot flatbed truck and a 30 foot dual tandem trailer with electric brakes, both stacked to the max with used guardrail. Only went 2 miles from our yard to the scrap yard and never got outta the low side of a 10 speed with a 300 horse m11 cummins.

Thanks man, wish it was mine. Borrowed it from a buddy. 40 ft gn, started out as a 32 footer, then he added a 8 ft hydraulic tail section to it. Works like a charm.

Shoot makes me sad my old truck only tows our 41ft 16,200 lb 5th wheel three flat screen TV's washer dryer, 4 door fridge, 5.5 KW Generator, Auto Sat dish, and even at 75+ it does a good job.

But have hauled a lot of loads of round bails of hay on my gooseneck trailer 17 to 18 rolls . They average around 1700 each. Triple axle trailer that is a load for some trucks empty.
