As with any chain of stores you are also gonna have good and bad experiences with individual people working the desk. They may know everything about their trade and still be having a bad day or just not able to connect with a particular customer for some reason. As a whole, I doubt that they would still be in business after this amount of time if they weren't good at what they do.

I personally know nothing of the stores themselves, my only experience was with the catalog/phone order and I don't have a clue where it goes to or who handles them. But it does sound as though the management has taken this complaint serious and is taking action to see that it is a past way of doing business. If this makes it a better place to shop then I wish more business out there would follow in the footsteps of what is happening here.

Aww dont try to "Church it up" They suck at buisiness but they are nationwide and that is how they do it!

I can agree with Bubba on this one, after working for a nationwide tire retailer, we had great guys and really bad ones. Personally, I have done allot of business with 4WP San Antonio location, and always been pleased, hell we would bounce work back and forth if I could take care of a customers problems better than they could and vice versa. It all comes down to who you get on the phone or the other side of the counter, and guys will BS their way into a position, and it takes a while for management to catch it. I have to give 4WP credit for taking the time to sign up here and defend their case though.

wow this is the first time ive heard this. i have afreind that buys tires here all the time withthe credit card and warranty...and they honor the no questions asked warranty. hmmmm. been thinking about ntw...but 4wheelparts seems to have great prices compared to others in petersons...hmm

I ordered my wheels and tires from these guys and waited for ever to get them. Saw this thread and contacted Brandon and he took care it for me and I had my wheels and tires in no time!

the only real problem I have had with 4wheelparts is in one store here in thousand oaks ca. well I mean other than sometimes staffing people who know little to nothing about 4wheeldrives. I have completely stopped dealing with my local store and either go through the one by my parents house in san jose or go straight to compton and deal with the main warehouse. and as for brandon I think the fact that you stand behind your word is a great thing I wish there was more people in the chain like you.
