he is the first person ive ever seen actually take responsibility for the lackluster performance of 4Wheel Parts, there has been ALOT of unethical stuff that 4Wheel Parts is known for.......What does Greg think about alot of the stuff that happens at 4Wheel Parts???? Does he actually care about his companies reputation???? Cause he has a pretty bad reputation on ALOT of 4x4 websites and i know alot of guys that refuse to buy anything from 4Wheel Parts, I have even started dealing with National Tire and Wheel cause im too afraid of losing money to you guys, another thing is that you need counter salesmen that know what they are talking about and not what they have read in a magazine or what they read in a brochure, if i had a 4x4 shop i would expect my salesman to have grease stains on their hands just like my techs, cause i would know that they have been under their own trucks tearing them down, modifying them and learning how they work, reading and memorizing a book is easy.......learning the stuff by doing isnt.....

I agree that knowledge and Data are key. Just remember that staffing 65 stores is infinitely more difficult that staffing 1.

he should appoint a GOOD shop manager with experience in the 4x4 field to do hiring and running the shop......the person with the highest seniority isnt necessarily the best for the job....

4WheelParts: They are a joke. I never understand why people shop from such store. They are dishonest (.).

The Four Wheel Parts in Tacoma, WA has always been top notch.

They aren't always my 'preferred' place to buy parts but the staff there has always been good.

For what it's worth, some of the guys have been at that facility since it was a Super Shops high performance store.

They deserve an atta-boy or two for their efforts.

I've been to the 4 Wheel Parts in SLC a few times in the last couple of years, but never bought anything. I go with a friend of mine (he's got an 05 Power Wagon).
I will say that the staff at that store is very knowledgeable. They all have trail rigs and spend a lot of time in Moab.

My truck is a 2WD, but I have offroaded in a baja bugs for 20 years, so I'm not a newby at this, but it is different.
Anyway, I am always looking at off road magazines and it always seems like 4 Wheel Parts has the highest prices. Frankily I don't know how they stay in business.

Brandon...........thank you for comming to the site and explaining what the deal was.........I understand what went down and can see the issues comming from both parties here.

I must say that I have a ton of respect for you to even make the attempt to make this right ............you have come forward with integrity and have done the right thing in as well as stating any future expectations of potential customers

I can see that with todays challenges it would be extreamly difficult to get everything right 100% of the time...problems will occure and deviations will need to be rectified in order to keep a satisfied customer/cliantel in order to secure future business with repeat customers as well as potential new customers.

Thank you for acting with integrity Brandon
