Default 19.5 tires

i've heard a lot of good things about running 19.5" tires. what i like the most is the additional mileage that you can get out of them. can anyone tell me from experience what specific tires they are getting 110k+ out of. Cause i've also heard a lot of guys say that some of the 19.5s they ran only got around 60k. Also, i can't afford aluminum wheels. Any reason not to run 19.5 steel wheels with simulators (other than the fact that it's not as cool)

If you type in 19.5 in the tire and wheel section of the site search bar you will get a lot of good info on the subject. Way to much to even try to repeat it all.

By the way, 19.5 are the best addition you can make to these trucks but I personally hate adapters. Go Rickson and do it right the first time.

This is what I get when I click your link or search 19.5,19.5 wheels,19.5 tires,or 19.5 wheels and tires.I dunno why it won't let me search for those phrases.

Youll get better results using the Google search. For some reason I think the search function has trouble recognizing 19.5. I have not read any of the following threads but this is what I get when I search for those terms. Hopefully you will find what your looking for. I know Whit has 19.5" Rickson steel wheels and he gets at least 100k out of his tires.

I've been runnin the Rickson's for a few years now and have nothin but good to say about them. The tires will last 100,000 plus miles, carry anything you want, improve fuel mileage and I never worry about a flat. Let all the air out of these tires and you may lose an inch of height. You could drive with a flat as long as you didn't spin it lose from the rim.

If I wanted to grab a set of jy rims what do I need to look for in bolt pattern and hub diameter? Also, what front axle, with manual locking hubs, can 19.5s bolt to without adapters or conversion kits? When I build my tuck,I am keeping in mind the 19.5 rims,so I'll need axles for them to bolt to.Pinion side doesn't matter.I can get the correct T case to take care of that.To toss another monkey in the jungle,I want to carry one spare so the front and rear wheels must be interchangeable.

I am admittedly a dummy here, but I am completely lost on what you are needing here. Just go here Rickson Wheel Manufacturing to Rickson site and you will see what they have.

If these are for the 4bt Ranger you have listed, I don't thin your gonna be happy with them. These wheels and tires are gonna weigh damn near as much as the rest of the truck. The attributes for these 19.5 wheels is the weight carrying ability. They don't make any cool looking aggressive off road tires to fit them.

If you just want them because you want em, then more power to ya, I just don't want to mislead you here and have you spend a lot of money just to be disappointed.

I need to take the Ranger off my sig.It is going away at tax time.It would be cool to see an extended cab Ranger sporting a 4BT,4x4,and sittin on 19.5s or 22.5s.

We are looking at a 3/4 and 1 ton truck or SUV.I had thought about building a one off truck.I wanted to know what axles 19.5 wheels will bolt to,Dana 60/70,Corp 14,Rockwell?.I have a commercial truck wrecking yard close to me.I would consider picking up a set of axles, wheels, tires to start off the project.I just need to know what axles I should ask to look at.I haven't dealt with axles since I quit building them 15 years ago. Most of those were for Jeeps.

I am not good at asking questions by way of typing.
