Looks like I might go with a 255/85/16 MT T/A KM2 from BFG: BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM2

I have been doing a lot of research on this topic. The 265's are shorter than the stock 235's. They are wider...but shorter. I have checked with some off-road shops around here regarding spacers and they have all suggested the same thing- to not run spacers if you haul much weight. The spacers create a weak link. The KM2's look good, but they are a mud tire which for me is just a lot of money more often. Is there any all-terrain tire out there yet in a 255? The only clear solution i have found that will allow a larger tire that isnt TOO tall where i can still pull my horse trailer, is to run 19.5" wheels and 245's. they equal out to a 34". The only issue i have...is all the 19.5" wheels i have seen short of dumping a boat load on adapters and alcoas, are all ugly. Is there any suggestions?

Try looking at Cooper tires, I can't remember the name of the tire, but it is an A/T tire, Toyo also has a couple tires in that size, along with BFG, they are the only ones that I know of. I would prob go with the Cooper's myself.

After reading a ton of reviews and doing some research, I bought Michelin LTX M/S2s and am very happy with them. Although I wanted a 265 tire, I wound up with 245s because that's as wide as I could go on my alcoa's.
