Default Tire question

I have a 07 ram got a couple quotes on tires today. I was just wondering if 285s would fit on stock suspension. Also which do you think i should go with 285/70/17 with the Discoverer ATR for 796 set of four. Or the toyo open county AT for about 960. Both these tire prices are mounted and balanced.

285's will fit with no problem. As long as the tires are at least a D range either will be fine. I can't comment on the miles you'll get outa either though.....

Cooper makes a great tire, should be pretty quiet and last OK. I wouldn't be afraid to go with either.

I run 285's on my stock 07 and they fit fine, don't rub and look sharp too.
