So I just got back from racing, accomplished both my goals...stay under 20 seconds, and leave the same way I got there...driving! . I'm trying to upload the vids now, so as soon as I do, I'll post them up...crappy vids, buddy didn't use the zoom function at all, so it didn't come out real good, but it is what it is. fastest time tonight was 16.650@95.09 mph. I'm happy, especially since i wasn't doing any boosted launches, can't afford to fry my clutch! I probably could have shaved maybe another second off if I could have boosted, and may or may not have shaved a second off by running smaller tires, but over all, I'm happy, I've done it, and I didn't break anything in the process!

 

not to bad of numbers man. ur top speed is fast than my speed when i ran a 15.35. mine was like 88 iirc, but i was doin a boosted launch in an auto

 

Thanks, on my last run I felt comfortable enough to glance at a few of my gauges, and I saw my pyro was buried at 1600, . The turbo definitely lags a bit, it takes it a while to spool, it seems in 4th is when it really screams, but that's what saved me from some horrible times tonight, especially my third run. The other car had me running down the track by a good 2 lengths, is my guess, but once I hit 4th and got the turbo lit, she came back and pulled it off in the end! Nice thing was one of the other guys that was running that night was complaining about traction; with 4wd, I didn't have that issue!
