Ok my 97 has a peg leg rear end so it only burns one tire all the time and it looks really gay when it does that. So i was wanting to know what i can build or buy to solve this problem.

Few choices...
Cheapest - Weld the spider gears. But then it will always be locked and driving in the rain, around tight corners, and tire wear will all suck
Locker - Both tires will pull under throttle. Might still get some noise around corners and rain will still be an issue
Limited Slip - Best of both worlds. Might find a stocker cheap, this will get both tires pulling most of the time.
