Default Hi point pistols

I wanna pistol now, i want to get my chl. I dont want to spend alot either. My buddy has a .40 hi point and it shoots nice but its really bulky. For under $200 is it a deal?

I was thinking about this one
Hi Point 8 + 1 Round 380 ACP w/Black Finish & Hard Case $129.00 SHIPS FREE

But i really want a .45
Hi-Point 34510 45ACP/P 45ACP 9RD POLYMER $159.00 SHIPS FREE

I just think the 380 will be alot easier to conceal.

I won't pay more than $100 for an excellent condition HI-POINT, It'll shoot, but it's ugly & bulky

The .380 isnt as bad as that .45...thats why i consider it more. Has great reviews on buds gun shop. Any other brands that are as cheap? I dont want to buy used.

PLUM the HI-POINT will shoot every time you pull the trigger, but it's not a gun you collect or will have any pride of ownership

It's not the caliber, it's where you hit

Jason's got a .45, its never mis fired on him once, no issues at all. But its insanely heavy, ugly, the ergonomics sucked for me, and it groups like ****! Do yourself a favor and save up a little more.

I thought about buying a 9mm Hi-Point for my Bug-Out-Bag. Figured For a gun that will get 1000 rounds for a reliability check then put in a bag most likely never to be shot again I wanted something cheaper. After shooting Jason's I quickly dismissed that idea......

Lol well i went shooting yesterday, i shot 100 shells thru my 870 and about 25 thru my .22 mag. Im a terrible aim when it comes to pistols, i shot a hi point .40, ruger p94 .40, s&w 9mm, and a colt .38...i sucked! It was frustrating! I did get a bullseye at 120yds with a .308 tho. That was my first time shooting a rifle.
