I'm still sticking with taking it to a smith and having him bring it to true 3/32" three holes on the gas block. There's no reason the auto shouldn't work I think you just aren't pulling enough flow through the gas block.
It works fine with 3 inch shells, but I have over 300 rounds of 2.75 inch

Take it over and see if the drill bit fits, if ya ain't got the flow it ain't gonna go!

Hit that bolt with some 300 grit sandpaper while you're at it!

I have to make this saiga 12 work flawless, cause i have three 20 round drums, two 12 round mags, & two 5 round mags

It will get there man! Just get it cycling and give it a good break in with a few hundred 2 3/4" shells

Well when you get it running like a well oiled machine look into a bump fire stock


Atleast you don't need an ATF form for it and it's gonna definetly give you a nice rate of fire

It's a waste of ammo, when your semi-auto shotgun with a 20 round drum is a single shot

More like a bolt action Should still feed from the drum, just have to operate the charging handle every time You union guys expect everything to be done for you
