My SAIGA 12 is a single shot with 2.75 shells
My freaking saiga 12 is a piece of junk, wouldn't cycle with 2.75 #6, #4, or slugs, only cycles with 3 inch shells :edit:

Have you tried adjusting the gas at the forend of the gun??? There should be a knob and a pin you have to push in you can use a quarter and turn it to number two for light loads and number 1 for heavy loads, so try it and see, unless you have already done so...

Buy a Benelli and be done with it......sacrifice a 1911 for more reliability in your defensive shotgun. Personally I like the M2.

I'm still sticking with taking it to a smith and having him bring it to true 3/32" three holes on the gas block. There's no reason the auto shouldn't work I think you just aren't pulling enough flow through the gas block.
