I'll stick to my S&W 5906, 9mm parabellum. I personally will never own a glock just from the reviews from local swat team buddies and fire Marshall's.

Prepare down the road to replace the front sight. It's been known to pop off when brandishing in defense. Wouldn't be a good situation to lose your sights in a defense moment.

Ya I got that covered the holster I have has enough room in it so when its drawn it wont catch the front sight. Different strokes for different folks, like it so far though.

If you buy a little Springfield XD holster you can make a truck mount out of it for your glock.

Ya, the 5906....nothing like a pistol that hit the market in 1989.....old design, big and heavy...
