Got my tires on this last weekend!! Gonna have to do a touch of trimming on the back of the front fender though. And what is any self respecting redneck going to do with new mud tires?? Test them!! Went out behind my buddies house to his mud pits, didn't turn out so well, mud was soupy and sticky as hell. Got 'er stuck twice, got my buddies Jeep out to winch it out. Then got the Jeep stuck big time at the end of the day. Ripped the front bumper half off the Jeep the second time of winching me out, ripped the back bumper half off trying to yank him out, and he blew a radiator hose and overheated it, had to leave it over night.

yea, i dont run the 36's on the road to much. around town i will keep them on, but i got 35x12.5 depek mud countrys that are shot for offorad but still got for road use. the bias plys arent to bad on road once they warm up, but the first 4-6 miles are horendous. did have them on for the lots of snow we got this past winter. in light snow they suck just like any mud tire. in deeper stuff they ripped and clawed their way threw more than i thought they would.

I think the biggest advantage to running military tires is that you can get them cheaper than regular tires, let alone mud tires. I just wish that the radials weren't 37s. I don't care for lifting a DD over 4". But that's me.

Yeah, I have heard the 36's really suck on on-road snowy roads. I'm hoping the 37's do better, ever heard of anyone siping them? Thats the main reason I got them was they are waaaay cheaper than any other tire that size. I've heard they hold up fairly well too. And my truck just kinda ended up that tall, we just kinda guessed on height when we built the front spring hangers.
