I'm usually holding back on my TRUCK USE after the 20th of each month, although my salary is a bit higher than the average !
But great work on your truck man
Man, just found ur thread.LOVE IT! If you're looking for a nice flat bed try CM trailer mfg. they make a really nice skirted bed with tool boxes built in,and they are fairly reasonable priced.

Truck is still out for paint. It will be the end of the month before its done, if not a little bit into July. Honestly, I expect it to be back in my shop right around the 4th of July.
As for the flat bed, I am building the whole thing. I can't stand flat beds, so if my dang truck has to have one on it, its going to be made 100% the way I want it. I just think flat beds look so damn red neck...

Depends on how they are built and what they are on. Plain jane flatbeds thrown on a beat up truck... yeah. Western hauler style flatbed color matched to truck.... looks pretty slick IMO.
Yeah, true. I did see one I liked today, but I am sure it was out of my price range. I prefer to build it exactly how I want it anyway. I have some pretty killer ideas that I think will really take the cake. You'll just have to see
