I had mine clayed at the dealer when I bought it because there were some hard water spots on it that would not come off. That was 3 years ago I do wash it and wax it pretty regularly, but I think its time to buy a clay bar and do it myself again. For me, its MOTHERS products all the way. Mostly because I get them at wholesale, being an Amsoil dealer

So what did I do wrong with this clay bar. I tried it last year and it was a mess. I washed and dried then used the clay bar on the hood. The bar just kept dragging and left skid marks everywhere that I had to scrub forever on to get rid of. I don't remember all the details but I followed the directions and had no luck with it.
