Nice dieseldoctor, how are your side lights mounted?

 

They're mounted right to the body on that flat lip at the bottom of the cab/bed.

 

there on the pinch weld?

 

each light has 2 self tapping screws holding it on. I spaced them bout 16" apart. And there on that lip were the pinch welds are.

No their from nexlite i ordered them from my local semi dealer, but they can be found online. i have mine from the edge of the front fender to the back of the cab, and then a set from the front of the bed to the front side of the rear wheel.

I wish I had pictures from my 02... I used to run side lights on it. Looked pretty cool, and lit up the ground nicely for when you exit the truck.
