Are those the Recon "Big Rig" lights on the rocker panels?

 

No they are not. Recon's are only 5' long and I've read many reviews with issues on longevity, and for $100 + for a set, wasn't willing to take the chance. I actually used LED light ropes that are 9' 9" long.

Not much but what I got so far. 1 oval on the mirror and 2 little guys on each side of toolbox. will be upgrading to LEDs when the money for them is there. sorry for the crappy picture, I'm not real great at night shots.

 

Just bought these tonight on Ebay for 30 bucks.

 

I've thought about getting those but wasn't sure how they would look. Post pics up after install. My last set of strobes finally died. Found out after completely wiring them up in my truck, turned them on and only one was working. They lasted through 2 or 3 trucks being installed, removed, and re-installed multiple times though.

 

Yeah I spoke to the seller and I don't have to use the strobe box. So I am going to wire them straight up to the parking lights using my stock fog light switch and harness. I will post up pictures when I eventually get them up.

Well as promised. The LED's down the side are the ones from eBay. The 2 back ones are from bigrigchromeshop and I have them wired in with the turn signals and the blinkers.
