Default new 350 cam

can any one tell me what i need to do i put in a mild cam amd got it to running today and borke in and now it wont idel right when you put it in gear. its also sounds like its missing on lower end. its a mild cam and i know it will sound choppy but is it normal

it shouldnt have a miss unless something wrong check your valve adjustment

thanks for the info, i have it down to a botton end miss over 1500 rpm its fine, think its plugs & wires.
this is my drag truck

oh i thought it was a diesel my bad sounds like plugs also set your timing for 28 degrees at full advance

chevy 350 and cummins have the same valve settings

you got hydralic cam or solid? if you got hydralic preload lifters 1/2 turn if you got solid cam find spects from manufacture
