i need one like last month..... truck would hardly crank today and wouldn't run right for at least 4-5 minutes. need one ASAP as i've looked on E-bay and found nothing.

FYI a 6.0L cord will work on a 7.3L. IIRC they use the same element too.

The cord is a ford only part. I found it on newfordparts.com. The part # 1c3z6b018aa. I think this wiil be the quickest and most availible route for you to take. I hope this info helps you out a little bit better.
