Hi all..long time Sierra/Silverado gasser driver. Capable mechanic...always done my own repairs/maintenance. I really need a one ton for work (contractor) and have a chance to buy a 2004 Chevy 3500 DRW LB7 4x4 manual transmission. Know the owner who is a dealer. 160,000 miles. I've heard lots of problems with injectors. What's the bottom line? Am I heading for trouble? Are these covered under warranty? Are all LB7's affected? Thanks for any and all info. I'm a contractor..money is tight now..can't walk into a money pit.
