I haven't had any problems with my 6.4, B U T you have to do these simple things so, you won't have problems (1) You must drain the water from the fuel at least once a MONTH {it's easy, just turn the lever by the frame of the truck at the driver side (2)change the TWO fuel filters, by 15,000 miles (3) Because of the regen, change your oil, by 5,000 miles. You do these thing, & your 6.4 will last

The 6.0 are OK if, You get an AFTERMARKET EGR, If you add a tuner, you must stud it or you will be blowing your head gasket

Ive seen any year of 6.0, 03-07, that lasted 100k miles with no problem. But then I have seen many that didn't. I think you're taking a gamble with the 6.0 no matter what year you buy.
