Alot of the "usual problems" depends on the build date

I asked this same question and really didn't get a answer. So the only two things I can think is they have no problems or no one knows what they are. The second I doubt the first possibly. I am a chevy guy and I am looking at 7.3 Power Strokes and in they end you can't not look at the numbers. The 7.3 out sold all other diesel's the years they where built. That might not be the end all of it but something you need to consider.

The 7.3 is an absolute monster. They pull like freight trains and they last forever. There is a reason they came in busses and larger apps. I had a '99 f250, 7.3, 6spd, 2x4, long bed ext cab. I got about 20mpg city, 18mpg city when railing it non stop. My 7.3 with a tymar intake, straight pipe, and plugged wastegate would keep up with my buddies '06 or '07 duramax on the top end. He'd brake-boost and smoke the **** outta me off the line though.

Had like 150k on mine when sold. Was an awesome awesome truck. I should have kept it.
