What Diesel to get?
Selling my P.O.S. Ford Ranger that only ran 16.1.... Trying to figure out what kind of diesel to get that i could do a lot of **** to and mod it... I was thinkin ram 2500... what would be the top 5 things to do to one once i get it?

mostly in that order too, but depending on transmission type if auto that would be my first upgrade just because you will learn the hardway if you don't upgrade it. that is with the dodge easiest diesel to make fast is the duramax by far

anything is going to be better than the ranger if you want to work it.
The chevy is nice but spendy. cummins any year 94+ or 99+ 7.3L should give you a good bang for your buck. Hard to go wrong with any diesel.
