Tuner vin unlocks
Just confused and it is the weekend.. I have an xrt pro I used it on my 09 dodge but sold the truck WITHOUT returning it to stock.. I am buying a 2011 or new 2012 .. If I buy a vin unlock overdrive upgrade frm h&s will I be able to tune my new truck wit my tuner

Why the heck not.. I have my old vin .. I bought the tuner and there are so few around to be bought??

Or even better .. Why have a vin unlock at all if you still own your truck just return to factory settings and get upgrades? Why would you need a vin unlock at all??

When tuning is installed in a truck it is VIN locked and will remain that way until returned to stock. There are no 2 ways about it tuning multiple trucks with an H&S device can only be done with unlocks.
The tuner you have now is junk.
Overdrive software unlock is to unlock the transmission tuning option for the 6.7s not the tuner itself
