A kid that just finished schooling to be a diesel mechanic asked me if my truck was a 16 valve I just laughed and said ya 2 2/3 valves per cylinder

 

Him: That's a cool truck, what year is it?
Me: It's a '55
Him: What engine is in it?
Me: A '92 Cummins
Him: Is it stock?
Me:

 

I am always shocked how many people ask me that about my Bronco.

Not really a question but my neighbor came over one day to bug me and my dad. Saw my 12v in the shop and proceded to inform me that diesels can make some power....... especally with a chip! I informed him that it was all mechanical and that would be impossible. He then corrected me and started bragging about his friends powerstroke and his chip! ......... i guess i have a lot to learn about diesels! Lol

 

Lol i was just cruising down the main drag and I see a pretty nice 12v with a couple kids driving it and we start racing a little bit and then they get next to me and yell you got the 359? me uh yeah. Them, is it a 12v I gave them the dumbest look and just pulled away.

The one question I really hate is "how much do you want for that truck?"

 

I was driving my truck through the down town city and came up to a red light. I had a middle aged colored lady yell out to me "since when do they let monster trucks drive on the road?!"

I had 35's and a 6" lift on my f250...

I shook my head simply replied "last Wednesday" and continued on my way

 

i have my old wheels for sale and specifically stated 8 lug dodge wheels. Some guy asked if they would fit his ram 1500

 

Him: Do you really need a truck with that much power?
(while hooked to a 30' flat with a 90hp tractor on it)
Me: Naw could have pulled it with my tahoe I recon

 

Well as long as that tahoe has a cummins in it!
