A dumb *** question i have gotten asked was why did you take your emisssion stuff off. Arent you worried about voiding your warrenty. For the first time my engine oil is becoming clean and the engine is nolonger struggling to exhale. To me keeping that junk on is why i needed an engine warranty. I am confident that there are no worries regarding removing emissions. In canada we dont have government enforsing these rules.

I was selling an 05 6.0 Ford. The kid buying it asked me for a video of it running. I sent it and if any of you are familiar with a straight piped 6.0, they have an extremely loud turbo whistle at idle. After I sent the video to him, he texted back asking what that "whistling sound" was. Lmao. I said "it's the turbo...seein how it's a turbo diesel and all..."

That is funny. I must get the strange looks when i run with the exhaust brake on. Cause it sounds like a jet engine winding down.

After my new Borgeson steering upgrade kit came in, my boss asked me a question.

"Why don't you just buy a new truck?"

I didn't know how to reply at first. Pride, I love my truck, I don't want $1200/month payments, I don't want to re-Mod another truck, this one is paid for,......

Service manager at my dealership calling my truck a "Cummings"

Guy in carwash when back when I had a 01 24v with a straight pipe asking me if I had headers and a big block cuz the truck sounded badass.

Its been beat to death but folks ask what kind of gas mileage I get all the time! Then they look at me like im the idiot when I give them a smartass reply!

While I was talking about getting a 4" straight pipe for my at the time stock Cummins.

Muppet: Sooo if you're getting a straight pipe you NEED to get an EGT gauge.
Me: Oh and why is that?
Muppet: .......Because you're getting a straight pipe.... you NEED one
Me: It would run cooler, thanks for coming out.
