i was stopped at a light when a lady decided to tell me how bad my truck was for the environment. to witch replied "your gas was shipped from over seas on a massive tanker burning tons of fuel then transported across the country by tanker trucks burning more fuel and then burnt up by you because you didnt feel like walking down the street to get groceries, i filled my tank up at Taco Bell."

FACED

Lol my buddy (has a 24v) was talking to this old guy that is an ASE certified auto tech. My buddy said his truck was starting rough in the mornings. The old guy replied it has bad glow plugs. My buddy said it doesn't have glow plugs it has a grid heater. The old man replied "no wonder its so loud".

Lol yeah most people don't know GM did half ton diesels. Hell I don't think most people even know GM made a diesel pickup in the 90's. Just small blocks and big blocks.

Back in high school about my chevy gasser
person " what kinda milage you get"

me " about 5 gallons to mile on the blood of endangered animals"

--------
At a gas station

person "why do you need a truck that big are you trying to compensate for being small someplace else?"

me " I need it because I am compensating for the fact that I can't pick up a couple thousand pounds and run down the rode like the hulk."

person, "What do you move?"

me " Well under the pile of wood in the bed I have a box of under cover kittens that can tell if you've been good or bad, kinda like Santa."

-------
Person "Why does the truck whistle, is it broken?"
Me " No its just his how he celebrates his birthday."

-------

I have been trying to get my buddy to switch to diesel for the reliability of them and he always says they are not his thing for the street, he has a 31' Bertram /boat/ with twin cat 3160 sin it, so as I went 35 miles to pick him up one day because his 86 ford van finally through a rod I drove like a granma just about all the way home because we were talkin and he said the only reason he didn't like diesel for the street was because they were "slugs".THEY ARE, RIGHT?????? So when we got to the stop sighn near the house I jumped into it and was sideways for about 150 feet before it straightened out, smokin the tires the whole way/ he didn't say a word for 5 minutes till we got to his house, when he got out the only thing he asked was WHERE CAN I GET ONE.. now he has a diesel excursion being modded
