i gotta be more careful then, i smoke all the way till i let off under WOT. and i let out puffs on accident changing lanes on the free way

 

My brother got a ticket in the mail about 2 months ago for excessive smoke. The ticket said that a NHP officer saw it smoking and wrote the plate down and turned it in. He had to go have it checked at the local DMV office, pay a $250 fine and an inspection fee. His truck smokes like a freight train with the Diablo on the RKL tune.

 

I would believe that there isn't anywhere that a cop wouldn't impound your truck if your smoking out the whole street. We have all see how some people act when we do it serving all over the road and what not. That just asking to cause a crash.
