Default Question about CCV pressure. Techs chime in please.

So as some of you may have seen I am selling my 2002 7.3. I have this desire to get into a 6.4 but that's a different story. Little backstory on the truck. 2002 7.3 crewcab longbed. has 113K miles on it. Purchased it with 98K. Have done a few things here and there. DP tuner, JW valve body, Riffraff OCR, 5" exhaust, and the CCV mod

So I have prospective buyer A who is interested. But wants to have his home mechanic friend look over my truck first.

First thing I noticed that he did when he first "checked out" my truck was turned it over without letting the GP cycle and then shut off immediately. And then did it again right after.

Second was he took pliers and clamped the CCV reroute hose which I have routed to the back of the truck while opening the oil cap and setting the cap over the fill hole. Which made the cap "wobble" is how I can explain it. He proceeded to tell the guy that he'd pass because CCV pressure was too high. Now I have read and read in the past because my 1st 7.3 a few years ago which was also a 2002 had smoke that exited the ccv tubing or the oil filler neck if the cap was removed while the truck was running (not excessive by any means) and read that it's normal. It is to my understanding that this is Crankcase pressure which is the whole purpose of the CCV to reduce the pressure in the crankcase to prevent seals from being blown. So in my mind of course you plug the ccv tubing the pressure is going to exit from the next easiest opening via oil fill neck with cap removed.....

Is this a real thing? I'm just curious for personal knowledge at this point because I have prospective buyer B who is working on finances as we speak
