International 2000 466-e at about 100,000 miles. After running 4-10 miles, white smoke, no power, runs okay in idle. Sometimes after sitting or draining fuel filter, or rough road or ? engine will run normally. After some more miles, symptoms return.

Fuel tank removed and cleaned. Fuel lines checked and good. Fuel filter changed. Fuel pump replaced.

So far have not scanned as unable to find a tech with correct scanner. $1200 to tow to scanner, $860 go get tech to town to scan.

I know the white smoke is un burnt fuel
