Default 97 Ford Powerstroke

I have a 97 Ford crewcab 4x4 and i'm looking to beef the motor up in it without spending much money on it. I already have a superchip programer on it but it just don't seem like enough. Sometimes when you put it to the floor it acts like it floods out the other times it takes off right. I put a new fuel pump on it also so if any suggestions to look at that would be helpful.

step 1. throw away that tuner.

step 2. contact a real tuner ( power hungry, dp,beans ect....)

definatly get rid of the superchip, they are pretty much useless.
cold air intake makes a difference stage one injectors are pretty cheap if you rebuild them yourself and make a HUGE difference.

You really aren't going to get much more than 50-60 horsepower more without upgrading your injectors.
