Default Can my 7.3 be sucking air ?

A friend stop by today.! He said my truck could be sucking air? For the reason of white smoke ? But did't say from where? Would anyone Know where to start looking for air leaks ? Are should i use ether to locate ? Thankyou for all ya'lls help

Default air leaks

You should start by checking around the fuel filter cap it may be loose or the seal may be bad. Another place to look is at the two fuel lines coming out of the filter hosing going too the heads check both ends for snugness. Another possibility is that your fuel filter needs replaced. White smoke is only caused by two things "air in fuel, and lack of fuel." I hope this helps solve your problem.
