I could care less what badge is on the grill of a diesel truck, were all on the same team doing what we love: driving, bombin and enjoying our trucks!

Back on topic..... How about that new Ford diesel that will hopefully be a good investment for the company!?

the point behind an inline 6 over a V8 is less moving parts and less resistance.... that is why the cummins is more reliable.... The problems with Ford stems to Navistar, not the electronics.... Navistar pushed their stuff onto ford before Ford was ready... and there haven't been many electrical issues since the early 99's and the 03 6.0..... if you really want to get down and dirty... its mainly EPA standards that are making these engines unreliable.... and while the cummins is a great motor, the tranny up until the 48RE ws a POS.... and you want me to start on the allison for chevy? The first two years they were breaking left and right almost to the point of a massive recall, but they fixed that..... lets look at the overheating issues and the injector issues too on the d-max.....

ALL THREE COMPANIES HAVE HAD ISSUES GUYS..... and they have fixed them only to have the EPA step up and make more...... why do we always fight amongst each other..... lets take all this anger and direct it towards Toyota and Nissan and Honda.... thats who we need to fight against..... I love all diesel trucks and I dont care which brand it is as long as its American!!!!!
