Where is a good place to get info. or steps on how to build a 7.3 powerstroke with out dammaging stuff. I have a 02 F250 Superduty with a 7.3 Powerstroke. I have a cold air intake, 4" Turbo back exhaust, has a programmer which is not hooked up, going to upgrade to a new programmer/chip. Was not sure what to look into next, a bigger lift pump and larger injectors, the engine has 186,000 miles on it so I thought it may be a good idea to start thinking of replacing the injectors with some larger ones, but I have no idea what steps to take maybe I should consider other upgrades instead of the lift pump and injectors?

 

Injectors is a good start. I would do injectors and bigger fuel lines along with a fuel pump and an aftermarket hpop. I dont know what your budget is but head studs and a bigger turbo is always a sweet upgrade as well. If you did all this should have about 500hp depending on how big of injectors you put in
