Does the 02 7.3 power stroke have an inner oil filter in the motor

? what exactly do you mean, again there is a strainer in the oil pan and a screen in the high pressure pump side other than that there is one filter next to the pan

Are you talking about the fuel filer on top of the motor or like a canister filter on like bmw?

no there is only one oil filter on 7.3l unless your truck has a aftermarket theres only 3 filters on a 7.3 motor air fuel and oil all easy to change/ work on
