my truck is first off throwing a code p1316 and when i got a trailer behind it i got no power at all max speed 60mph down hill and bad howling and it sounds like i got exaust leak but i dont really know how to pin piont.... any and all advice will be appreciated

 

check intercooler hoses, all the blue and orange rubbers under the hood prob loose or torn...
