Default turbo problem

Ok so while i was doing my 25 cent mod I happen to find a bolt from my turbo compressor housing laying in the valley but i cant see a place where it would go cause its a tight squeeze should i just remove the turbo n if so how do i do that

Can get to all of the housing bolts. If its rusty red then its exhaust side obviously. Can pull it if you want.
To pull turbo: V clamps on Intake Y pipe, Down Pipe and Up pipe Y then the 2 bolts on top. Get new O rings.

PS. 50 cent mod hurts more than it helps. reduces injector signal clarity.

turbos are easy to take out look around on youtube there's tons of videos of how to pull one out
