Default 2000 F250 SD 7.3 Dont Run Wortha Flip

My 00 F250 SD 7.3 Starts out pretty good but eventually looses power and will go only about 22 mph justa stumbling, jumping, and barely running. The Check Engine codes are as follows,
P0340 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Malf.
P0731 Incorrect Gear 1 Ratio
P0732 Incorrect Gear 2 Ratio
P0733 Incorrect Gear 3 Ratio
P1211 Injector Control Pressure Higher/Lower than desired
P1280 Integrated Control panel Circuit Out of Range Low
P1670 Electronic Feedback(EF)Signal Not Detected

It still will idle, but it not smoothly. It seems to hit harder on 2 or 3 cylinders than others. The Inj. Control Pres Abs = 480 psi avg.
The Inj. Press reg duty cycle 11%
Electric pressure Ctrl 5 psi
Electric pressure ctrl V 9.x

I reset the codes and ran it for a while. runs poorly, but seems to run better after it cools. I disconnected the ICP to see if it ran differently, It did, but not smooth. It then set code

P1280 Integrated Control panel circuit out of range Low

The most pressure the HPOP made is around 2000.

HELP!!!!!!!!!! Please!!!!!!!!!! I wonder if the fuel pickup is possibly amiss cause it is justa bout outa fuel. less than 1/8. Remember it started in the morning and ran ok until i was running about 70mph, then it seemed to run outa fuel and barely run worth a flip.

Default check the fuel pressure

unhook the fuel line on your fuel pump (the engine side),run a 3/8 piece of fuel line about 4ft long over the end of the fuel pump that you just unhooked and put the other end in a bucket and cut your key on it should have a good steady flow. if the fuel pump kicks in and you dont have a good steady flow id drop the tank and check it out i had the same problem.
i droped the tank and it had a lot of trash in it, there is also 3 screens on the fuel sending unit that may be pluged up. mine were packed full of dabris.

The most your HPOP did was 2000psi at WOT??? That's low... What was the DC% at that point?

Fixed it!!!!!!!! Took the bed off. Took the return fuel line off the fuel tank and put it down in a plastic jug. Turned the key on and noticed the fuel that returned was (areated)(Bubbly). Took the fuel sender out of the tank and discovered the problem, There is a funnel shaped pickup nozzle (made of plastic) and screen that has disintegrated. Therefore not picking up from the bottom of the tank. Three hundred something dollars but it fixed it.....
