what's wrong/f250 7.3 diesel

new batteries and they seem to go dead over and over/when starting sometimes locks go crazy. Can not charge anymore to start.

Sounds like a bad alt. Have to checked it to see if its charging?

truck only goes out to pastures and back that's it. Now it won't. Charge or start.

the batteries won't take a charge from a charger? the alt. could've went out then it drained the batteries to the point they won't take a charge.

99 f-250 needs help bbaaaddd !!

now 7/3/2013.truck still does not start. batteries test 11.5 volts. alternator good. dash lights go on locks up and down. radio will not go off.someone said change modulator on back of fuse box under dash. how much where to get one.. sick diabetic need help to diagnose. what is CPS/ICP/IPR/PCM/IDM..DO I BUY MODULATOR AND PUT IN? THANKS FOR ANY OR ALL HELP PLEASE..
