So i went to exhaust shop down the road they ask me y i wanna cut this socket turns out the guy is the ex diesel tech at the local ford dealer. Says wait one minute goes in back walks back out with a snapon impact socket says this is the one i always used leave me $50 as a deposit and u can borrow it so i do. Go to ford dealer and buy a new IPR install it and bam fires up. Thank you all for all the help
